Computers process data under the control of sets of instructions called computer programs. These programs guide the computer through orderly sets of actions specified by people called computer programmers. This training programme introduces us to solving problems via the world’s most universal language, Java.

Who is the Training for:
It is targeted at those of us entirely new into the programming world. It teaches us the basics of Computer Programming and how to apply it in creating applications.

Prerequisites of the Training:
This training programme does not have any special pre-requisite. All you need is a basisc knowledge of how to use computers and a will to learn.

Introduction to Computer Programming
This introduces us to the fundamentals of computers , the relevance of computer programming and the 2 different types of programming languages: Procedural and Object Oriented, providing a solid foundation for the deeper treatment of Java as an Object Oriented Programming Language later.

Introduction to Object Oriented Programming
It covers the different OOP concepts: Encapsulation, Inheritance, Abstraction etc. and there implementations in Java as a programming language.

Java as a Programming Language
This discusses the uniqueness of Java, what makes it different from other programming languages.

Programming with Java
Here, the programming begins. The student learns how to use Java to implement different programming operations and methods. At the end of this, the student will be able to utilize java in the creation of simple applications.

Developing yourself
This training is not aimed at spoon-feeding you, but preparing you for great success in the programming world. Self Development is very important in the programming world and a good programmer without this ability would soon lose his relevance in the I.T world as technology advances.
